Hey there, I mailed my order to your office yesterday and it still hasn't arrived at the fake return address I think I put on the envelope. You can't miss my order, it was the white envelope with a stamp on it. Inside, was a Chuck E. Cheese napkin with my fake name written on it, in blue crayon.
So are you ever going to ship my order or are you crooks?

PS - If you ever do send my order, please put it in the glovebox of the blue Chevy parked in my neighbor's driveway and honk the horn 3 times so I know it's here and my Mom won't see it!


Ok... so this letter IS exaggerated!... a little.... but you get the idea.
We do get letters frighteningly reminiscent of this one. 99% of customer concerns would be eliminated if people would read the site FAQ and use the online order system. Surprisingly we get a lot of mail, containing cash, with no order #, no name, no shipping or order info, or even a return address on the envelope. Even our Psychic in the mailroom can't help to ship these.

If you have questions about an order we need the following information to check up on it:Your Name (The Name you used on your order) Apartment or Unit # (Don't Forget)
Street Address (Where the Order is being shipped to)
Your State with zip code
and Your Order Number.

We CAN NOT search an order with just your email address. Note - If you register on the site you can check the status of your orders easily. If you do not register, but make your order online, you will get a confirmation email containing your order number (providing you use a valid email).
If you place an order without using the online ordering system, we CAN NOT find out the status of your order. Rest assured, If an order arrives... it will get shipped!

Please use the online system - It is secure and helps us, to help you, with your orders.

In regards to shipping times... we realize that having to mail in your payment adds additional time to the order process, but this is in the best interests of our customer's privacy which we strongly value.

    Sorry, No.  We are strictly Mail Order Only - No Exceptions

  2. How do I pay for my order?

    We do not accept Credit Cards or Paypal or personal checks. All orders must be mailed in with Cash or Money Order. We do this to protect your information and your privacy. A money order can be purchased at many supermarkets, post offices and banks. Please do not send coins.

    Be sure to include your Order Number, Name, and Address with your payment. Orders may be paid in Cash or Money Order.  (Payable to "Ralph")

    Yes.

    Please be patient while waiting for your delivery.

  4. Will you ship spores internationally?

    We currently ship syringes from the U.S. to the U.S. only.

    We ship prints anywhere in the World, but only accept U.S currency or money orders as payment.

  5. How secure is my privacy if I order?

    If requested, all records of any orders can be destroyed after the order has been processed and sent. You can opt for us to keep no records of your order. We do not collect, resell, or divulge any personal information, including Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses or items ordered, to any business, organization or individuals outside of RalphstersSpores.

  6. I don't have a printer... how do I send my payment for my order?

    At the end of the order process, write the order by hand on a piece of paper and mail it in with your payment. Be sure it contains your Order Number, Name, Address, and the products and quantities you are ordering.

  7. What does the order status mean?

    When you place an order in the system it is marked as "On Hold". When we receive your letter we mark it as "Pending Payment" which means we are creating your order. This is for internal use and we will not send an email at this point but you may see this status if you check online. When we ship your order, your status changes to "Completed". If your order remains in "On Hold" for more than 2 weeks after you have mailed in your payment, please contact us to check on the status of your order.

    If your order remains in "Pending Payment" for more than 48 hours, there is a delay on our end due to the number of orders we are creating and your order will ship ASAP.

    Orders that remain as "On Hold" over 60 days will be removed and "cancelled". They are no longer in our system so we cannot answer questions about them. That order number will no longer exist. At this point you must create a new order. Note: Our E-commerce website is designed to help us to fill orders more efficiently.

    If you do not use our website E-commerce online system to order, we will NOT be able to give you a status on your order you mail to us. Please contact us for any questions about sending an order in via mail.

    If the status of your order is important to you... please use our online ordering system, and be sure your shipping and email addresses are correct!

  1. What's the difference between a dark syringe and a regular crystal syringe?

    For the longest time, we tried to convince customers that a darker syringe with more spores wasn't necessarily better. We did extensive testing and found that one was no better than the other. (It is believed by some that a dark syringe may be more susceptible to contamination).

    Please note, We no longer offer the "dark" novelty syringes.

  2. Why don't I see any spores in my syringe?

    Spores are microscopic and invisible to the naked eye. For the best viewing success, be sure to shake your syringes well to disperse the spores in the solution. It may help to squirt your syringe contents into a sterile shot glass and then refill the syringe by gently pulling back on the syringe plunger.

  3. I can see black specks or white strands in my syringe. Is it still ok?

    Yes.  Spores can clump together and form visible black specks in the solution, or settle on the syringe walls. Be sure to shake your syringe well before use. On rare occasions, spores can start to germinate in the syringe and appear as white strands, but the syringe is still viable.

  4. I can't find the strain I used to get... do you still carry it?

    We currently carry over 80 popular strains and are always looking for new strains with good availability.

    If we have a strain in stock it will be visible in our store. If you don't see it listed, it is just not available at this time.

    Check back for the strain you're looking for in a few weeks' time.

  5. How much is in 1 syringe? Each syringe contains spores suspended in 10 CCs of sterile water.
  6. What is a Print? A print is a powdery deposit obtained by allowing the mushroom cap to drop its spores onto aluminum foil underneath. Some people buy prints and use them to make their own syringes since one print can make multiple syringes. This is a sample print.

    We ship all packages USPS in the U.S.  The packaging is plain with no indication of the contents. Return address is from RS.

    We generally ship all orders out within 48 hours of receiving payment.

    Depending on your location, please expect your order to take 3 - 4 days to reach us, and an equal amount of time for your order to be shipped to you.

  3. Can I pay extra for faster shipment?

    Yes. Please include an additional $45 with your order and we will ship your package Priority Mail Express. This option does not show up when you place your order so make sure to write us a note in your letter you send with payment.

  4. How much are the shipping costs?

    We have two methods of shipping.

    Regular mail is standard and is $7.00 per order, whether there is 1 item or 100 items in your order and applies to ANY destination.

    Priority Mail Express shipping is $45.00 per order. It is faster, but more importantly, it is insured and includes tracking. Regular mail does not. Indicate that you want Priority Mail Express in the letter you send to us. Please Note: RalphstersSpores can not be responsible for lost orders sent by regular mail.

    If you have a substantial order please consider using the Priority Express Shipping. It is safer and more reliable.

    No.

    An account is not required to order. But it is to your advantage to do so and register. The online shopping cart is a convenience for our customers, but NOT a required method to order. You may still send in a handwritten order without using the shopping cart if you prefer. Just be sure your order is clearly written and includes your Name, Address, and what you are ordering, along with your payment. An accurate email address is suggested in case we need to contact you. None of this information will be saved once we ship your order.

  2. Is my information still Private if I have an Account?

    Yes - You are the only one who can access your order history and Private Info. The system is fully encrypted and without your login and password, no one can access your Private Information! You can also read our Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions.

  3. What is the advantage of opening an Account?

    Registering an account has many advantages while still keeping your personal information private. When you register, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provide. This email is used to inform you of the status of your current order. Accounts with unconfirmed email addresses will be automatically deleted by the system. Registered accounts who shop with our online system will receive a confirmation of their order, and a notification when the order is shipped. Due to the large amount of orders we receive, we may not be able to track whether your order has shipped if you order without using our online system and mail us a handwritten order. *Note* Although the registration process requires a phone number to be listed - the phone number you give does not have to be valid eg: 123-456-7890 works as well as your own phone number if you prefer. Your email address does need to be valid to receive order status reports.

    The Strain of the Month changes. If you order near the end of the month, but your order ships after the first of the month, you will be sent the strain based on the date your order was created - UNLESS you specifically mention this strain name on the order you mail in.

What happens if my selection is out of stock? Substitution Policy

From time to time we do run into situations where an item which was listed as available, is no longer available when the order arrives. This is rare, but on such occasions, RalphstersSpores reserves the right to substitute a comparable strain of equal or greater value.
